Do you like a dark - blue - and sweet temptation after a busy working day? Let's blend one - to get a heavenly taste with all this great nutrition in it.
- 200 g Bilberries
- 4 Apples sweet, juicy
- 5 Bananas frozen
- 2 Tablespoon desiccated Coconut
- 1/4 Lemon with their skin
- 1 Tablespoon Millet
- 1 Teespoon Linseed
- 2 Drops of Vanilla-Oil or a pinch of vanilla powder
- 4 Drops of Orange-Oil
- 500 g Soja-Joghourt (if you have unsweetend, than try more of extra sweetener)
- 1 Tablespoon Agave syrup or 6 Dates
- Water for 2 Litre Container
First get your Soja-Joghourt in the container and then put your frozen fruits in it. Blend it for about 1 minute and enjoy it!
